About
Fieldwise Safety is led by Brenden Minter, whose career began on the tools and progressed through supervision into senior HSE roles across rail construction, wind farm installation, solar projects and underground mining.
More than twenty-five years in the field — rigging, electrical trades, mine site operations — before moving into safety has shaped a practical approach to documentation. Systems and documents are designed around operational reality and the people responsible for delivering them, not written to satisfy a filing requirement.
Every document is developed against the WHS Act and Regulations, relevant Codes of Practice and Australian Standards, and written for the task, the site and the crew who will use it.
